Walking distance to the estuary and Surf beach
Wintle 93 is a traditional style KIWI bach. Modernised over time to meet changing family holiday needs.
It now offers comfortable accommodation on two separate levels meeting the holiday needs of an extended family as well as smaller numbers. Each level has extensive views of the estuary, dunes & beyond. The “near view” provides interest & activity watching others while you choose to rest up, whatever the weather!
On the upper level we have an open living, dining & kitchen as well as bathroom & 2 bedrooms. There are decks both front & rear with BBQ & outdoor eating facilities.
The lower level includes a lounge & another bedroom. There are limited cooking facilities & frig together with washing machine/dryer in a separate room as well as a second shower & toilet.
There are additional double over-nighters for extra beds on each level.
A short level walk to the surf beach avoids any parking issues during busy periods. While for the more active it’s an easy stroll through the camping areas along the estuary to the shops.
