What to Bring:
Please bring all linens - sheets, pillow cases, all towels, bath mat, tea towels. We also recommend if you are particular about pillows you may like to bring your own! Linen is also available for hire for $20 per person.

Description:
This magnificent modern 4 bedroom holiday home is located in The Heads gated subdivision (the last driveway before the surf beach carpark) and is a very short walk to the surf beach and Picnic Bay at the estuary mouth. It is well appointed with wonderful views to the Mangawhai bar and Pakiri and sits on an elevated bush clad section.
Spread over two levels The Black bach offers open plan kitchen, dining and lounge (with large open fireplace for winter evenings) on the top level with two double bedrooms and a bathroom. There are large sunny decks with outdoor furniture.
Downstairs offers one twin room and a bunk room (2 sets of bunks plus couch) with a second bathroom and fully equipped laundry. The bunk room has a TV for DVD playback only.
The garage downstairs (accessible by an internal door) contains pool table, couch and kayaks.
With the shared tennis court and pavilion within the subdivision you will be entertained for hours!
There is plenty of room for the boat and toys as this private subdivision also has a separate communal boat wash down and parking area.
