Description:
Great views - large enclosed deck - east facing
Schooner is situated in a quiet street at the southern end of the estuary with a walkway to the beach directly across the road. Accommodation is a three bedroom house that sleeps 6 plus sleep out with double and single bed, shower and laundry.
Off the living area is a wide enclosed deck offering great views out towards Little Barrier Island.
Enclosed garden with volley ball /badminton net. Additional feature is the smoke house and wet area for cleaning fish. There is room for a boat on the large grassy area in front of the property.
Golf, shops and cafes are a few minutes drive away.
