Description:
Sand Dune Lodge is luxury house completed in 2010 at the exclusive gated Heads subdivision. Being the last driveway before the Surf beach carpark, it is just a short walk to both the surf beach and picnic bay (estuary). The modern open plan interior flows out onto an expansive deck providing stunning views over Mangawhai's famous sand dunes and breaking surf toward Te Arai beach.
The house is beautifully appointed with NZ designed furniture, artwork and accessories as well as digital My Sky, a 42" LCD TV, DVD, iPod compatible mini system, access to the shared tennis court and pavilion and also a gas fireplace for winter evenings. Three bedrooms feature their own private ensuites plus an additional separate toilet is provided. Downstairs provides internal garaging plus a 4th bedroom and fully equipped laundry. Ample parking for cars and boats.
