Milbric is a large modern home, designed specifically for the family. With 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and a separate lounge (TV room) it has all the elements required for a relaxing Mangawhai Holiday. Situated in one of Mangawhai Heads best subdivisions it is positioned for privacy on a large flat 1100mt site. Being tucked away in a quiet cul d sac allows for plenty of room for the kids bikes and scooters, other distractions include a trampoline, so no problems encouraging them outside !!. Positioned only a 15 minute walk to the shops with estuary access available through walking tracks situated close by. Parking for the boat and toys, or if just relaxing is your thing then grab a glass of the local grape and relax in the spa pool.
