Description:
Great views - two levels and two living areas - walk or drive to beach & shops.
Ideal house for families or groups. Kauri Tree is a large two level kiwi bach with two living areas, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has a large deck with views over the estuary, sand dunes and the sea. The kitchen is on the upper level along with the living rooms, one bedroom and one bathroom. Downstairs are the other bedrooms and second bathroom.
There is a good outdoor play area and table tennis in rumpus rooms.
Shops, cafes, 18 hole all weather golf course and the boat ramp are all close by. |
