Built for all day sun this fabulous house is all about having fun in the sun! This 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house is located in central Mangawhai Heads. It is within walking distance to the estuary & surf beach and is handy to the local shops, cafes & world class 18 hole golf club.
Kanuka Cottage is located in a no exit street, & offers peace and privacy. The house is set over one level & has been tastefully decorated with many home comforts. Large sliding glass doors from the open plan kitchen/dining/lounge lead out to a deck with great water & urban views. There is also plenty of flat lawned area and gardens for the kids to run around or for a game of cricket.
At this Mangawhai Heads accommodation there are landscaped gardens with native and tropical plants and trees. There are two decks to catch the all day sun from breakfast to dinner, the perfect place to relax and enjoy Magical Mangawhai!
