A seven year old self contained holiday home with basement garage. The house is immaculately presented and well equipped to ensure a comfortable and relaxing holiday. Situated in a private setting in a quiet cul de sac next to a superb 18 hole golf course. A short stroll to Shops, Cafes and Restaurants. The estuary beach is approx 10 minutes easy walk and surf beach approx 4 minutes drive. The spacious open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area and the 3 double bedrooms all open onto wrap around decks. The large deck is gated for child safety. All 3 bedrooms upstairs have queen size beds and the Master Bedroom has an ensuite. There is also a large family bathroom with a bath as well as a shower. Downstairs in the basement garage is also another bedroom, fully carpeted with a double bed and pull out couch (please note there is no internal access to the house from the garage) There is a 32" Flat screen TV with Free View installed. |
