Description:
Spacious sun-drenched three bedroom house with polished floors and with large north facing decks is elevated with views across Magical Mangawhai to the Brenderwyns and around to the Hen and Chicks. The rising sun fills the lounge with its rays and invites your gaze to the views across the sand-dunes to the south and out to sea and to Little Barrier and beyond.
Three bedrooms sleeping seven, plus divan bed in lounge for two. Fully equipped with TV, DVD player, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, gas BBQ, fire for winter.
A 200 metre walk to the renowned Mangawhai Heads Links Golf Course and Bowls Club and to the bars, cafes, restaurants and shops close by. A very short walk down to the all tide swimming lagoon and beach, with amazing walks and water sports for all the family.
Open plan kitchen/dining and living area with in door outdoor living to the north and west are sun-drenched with a separate lounge providing excellent space for everyone.
Carbon filtered tap water for safety. House is professionally cleaned after each visit.
Large flat section provides wonderful private space for the kids to play and plenty of parking. |
