Serenity is a 2 level house located down a right of way on Moir Point Road. Facing north the upper level consists of living, dining & kitchen area, three bedrooms and bathroom. The main bedroom has an ensuite.
There is a deck off the living area with BBQ & outdoor furniture and a large garden. The laundry is downstairs.
A short walk takes you to the estuary beach, garden centre & cafe, golf course and shops. A few minutes drive to the surf beach.
