Breve is a contemporary beach house - 100m to water and is set over 2 levels.
There are three bedrooms on the upper level together with the living, dining and kitchen areas. Polished floors, glass walls and decks. Cooking and water heating is with gas. On the ground floor is a carport, storage, laundry and outdoor shower. There is no TV.
Just a 15 minute walk or short drive to golf, shops & restaurants and 5 minute drive to surf beach. |
